To preview the season, us here at Grinders HQ would like to look at the strengths\/weaknesses of each team as they came out of the draft. We will go in reverse alphabetical order just for fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Tall Justin: Bryant 13, KO 13, Richie 11, Worm 3, Zach 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pros<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; maybe the best group of guards in the league<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; tall Justin is a problem when motivated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Zach is a defensive gem, along with KO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 3-ball is an option<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ball handling should be very good<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cons<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; go-to guy in the clutch?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Bryant and Richie are soft on D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Bryant\/Richie\/Justin can fill the X in the FG box real quick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outlook<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; This team should reach the semis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Team PeyPey: OMJ 3, Grant 32, Ben 8, Chuck 7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pros<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; they have the highest paid player in the league<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cons<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; no true point<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; shooting could be an issue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; enough motor players?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; leadership?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outlook<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; fighting for the right to make the play-in game<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Gersitz: Ford 11,&nbsp;May 22, E 12, new new Bobby 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pros<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Gersitz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; lots of guys to know how to play ball<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; passing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; size<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cons<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; consistent effort<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; curse of E<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; attendance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; you drafted Ford<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outlook<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; This team on paper looks like an easy in to the semis and a possible Finals appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Garrett: Pauly P 12, Bang Bang 4, Crazy 13, Lanzot 14, Salvati 7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pros:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; solid all around, no major weak links<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; lots of hustle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; should be competitive every game<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cons<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; shooting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; making the puzzle pieces fit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; secondary scoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outlook<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; fighting to make the play-in game<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Team AD: Witt 23, Corey 7, Pauly J. 9, Nixon 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pros<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; great scoring 1-2 punch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; athleticism<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; tough physically<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cons<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; scoring outside of the top 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; where does the offense get initiated?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; shot selection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Math is hard for Curt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; drafted against Cole again (and got trounced&#8230;..again)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outlook<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; play-in game or 4 seed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Cole: Tommy 17, Boccio 4, Wayne 26, Lil Josh 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pros<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; size<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ball handling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; decision making<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; rebounding<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cons:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; weight<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; shooting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Who&#8217;s the man at crunch time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; know your role<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; attendance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outlook<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; should be in the semis, battling to make the Finals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Good luck to everyone this year.
