Recap

Opening Week!  Opening Game (thanks to Team KO being unable to field even a partial team at 6:30).  Team Richie took advantage of 14 Team E turnovers… or actually, Richie and Curt took advantage because the rest of the team was trash shooting.  Curt was 15/31 for 32 points, worrying his team that he blew his entire load in week 1.  Richie used his left hand, thanks to some pre-game tips.  Crazy Al did manage to shake off enough rust to hit exactly one basket, while Matt and Old Jon went 0-the game.

But, Team Richie wasn’t the only team shooting under 33% for the game.  Team E also couldn’t get into any kind of rhythm shooting the ball.  Helmet went scoreless, but was the only Grinder in this game without a turnover.  Sharp shooting Chuck came back to Grinders and hit three 3’s, which was good enough for the game high.  E did E stuff, Ben had 3 steals, and Tall Justin only had one block.  He should probably get taller.  Team E was full of underwhelming performances this week.  Not much else to say.
