Recap
Short and sweet, this was a 20 point game that could have been a 50 point game. If the Kellens were at all interested they wouldn”t have turned the ball over about 14 times in the first half. They have more turnovers than points late into the first half. The effort was there for the Semen Swappers. They played fiesty on defense and got some quality shots on offense, but there is still no cohesion. Kellen and Co. put their foot to the gas a little bit more in the second half, putting the game out of reach with about 10-12 minutes left.Captain Worm led his team with 14 points. Joe Marie and Pauly P. each had double digit rebounds. Joe Marie continued his good all-around play with 5 steals and 4 blocks in the losing effort. He was also the only player on the team to post a double-digit GAPE rating. The Jets were led by Tommy Hughes who dropped 19 points on 50% shooting from the field. Justin and Josh Lanzot each had double digit rebounds while Lanzot continues to dominate his team”s GAPE production. Zach and Kellen seemed uninterested in participating in any meaningful fashion in this one. “A” for the win, “F” for the effort.
