Recap
Well folks, some of the betting sharks around the league have been talking about a Cinderella story, they have been warning against the money line on anyone but Eskimo Brothers. Maybe they are onto something cause these underachievers may just be putting it together at the right time.
Chuck on the first date came out hot, ready to put an end to this fairytale of bullshit. Peyton Urbaniak showed up as usual, the young gun knew he had to show out as a chance for a possible all grinders team selection was on the line. Putting in an all-around efficient performance with 10pts and 6 boards, while shooting 56% from the field. The ageless Jeff May tried to rally the troops, choosing to play facilitator in this game with 4 assists. Chucky T couldn’t get the shots to drop failing to reach double digits in points for the first time in 3 games. Unfortunately, team shooting was not on Chuck its side as the Double Mikes combined for 5-22 from the field and an average SUCK SCORE of 77%…YUCK! The weird part about the Chuck it’s that I’ve noticed in my short time, is that they have all the pieces, height, speed, shooting. Dangerous if they can all get on the same page, just hasn’t happened yet. Also, word on the streets is after this game they filed for a gender change…. sorry got that wrong NAME change…TBD
Now onto the hottest team in the league…. which is weird to say, but this team is the girl in high school who was a 4, who you haven’t seen in a couple years, find her down on Chippewa and now looks like a 9? Are we getting catfished, are we getting DUPED??? Well at least for this week, this BITCH is smokin…. maybe the brothers have pressed mushrooms together or started using their old tactics but these Rizz Gods (is that how the kids say it?) have it going on. Paulie “Pusha” P stayed consistent with a soaring 73% overall score. Joe “Spotty” Marie checked in with a solid double double, while also man handling defenders in the the paint. Mike “Mosty Punchable Face” Ford stayed sizzling, while also, almost alweyas looking disappointed in his performance. Those were the bright spots, unfortunately it wasn’t all glass slippers as Boccio showed last weeks solid performance may have been a fluke. He pushed the gas pedal on Suck of the Year player, shooting 23% and committing over half of his teams’ turnovers, Regardless of what the stats show, Eskimos stepped up without BIG WORM in the lineup and took the W, with eyes on King Cole next!
